In 2014 we started the production of the insulations Siberia – a high-quality sewing insulation from microfibers of unique composition, which are produced in Russia using modern European equipment. This is how the production of Siberia looks like.

xThe hopper feeder of the carding machine is designed for additional loosening and uniform feeding by the fiber of the carding machine.
xHere the fibrous mixture is combed by means of the thinnest needles located on the drums. The result is a fibrous web - completely combed and disconnected from each other fibers.
xFibrous webs are transported by means of transport belts to the layer stacker, which forms the canvas of the web of established density.
xThe canvas, created from zigzag-like layers of carding, enters the canvas-drawing machine. Here the canvas is stretched to a certain width.
xOn the thermal bonding line with the help of heat treatment, the web is fastened by means of low-melting (bicomponent) fibers, which are part of the insulation.
xTo add additional properties to the bulk sheet, it is baked with hot rolls to create a soft, thin crust that prevents the fiber from migrating during use.
xHere, the finished material accumulates during the winding and cutting of the insulation, as well as changing the spool for winding the next roll.
xHere, the material is cut with disc knives to the necessary width. Simultaneously, the material is tightly twisted on a special winding machine into rolls for maximum preservation of unique properties without damage to the insulation. By setting the computer parameters of winding, the canvas is pruned. The finished roll is packed in a sleeve, labeled and leaves the line.

Our classic insulation. It is very warm, durable and light at the same time. This is a multi-purpose material, which is perfect for manufacturers of almost any clothing. For the convenience of the sewing industry, we produce Siberia Classic in two versions: with a calender (soft crust on both sides of the heater) and without a calender. The calender helps to minimize fiber migration through the fabric of the top, while the calender-free heater makes the product more volumetric. What to choose is up to you. After all, the presence or absence of a calender in our heaters does not affect the cost of the material.

This modern material has an increased wear resistance, dries quickly, easily recovers after compression and keeps the shape well. Siberia Micro is a microfibers technological insulator specially designed for those who need to make thin, warm and light products. It is ideal for the production of clothing for outdoor activities, tourist equipment, as well as children's clothing. The insulation Siberia Micro is made of microfiber polyester fiber, due to which much more heat-retaining air cells are created than in standard insulation materials. To minimize fiber migration, Siberia Micro material is available with a soft calender layer.
